Simplified Tasks for Client Meetings

Have a 2-hour client meeting that involves 3 team members? Start by creating a 2-hour Shared Task. Once you assign it to your 3 team members, the estimated hours automatically change to 6 hours, allowing everyone to track time to that one Task.

Make Collaboration Easy

Keep it simple. When a Job only has a few Services and doesn’t require a Schedule, don’t waste time creating multiple Tasks. With this new Task type, all you need to do is create one Shared Task for the Job — “Logo Design” or “Maintenance,” for example — and everyone involved tracks their time to that Task.
