What is the best screen resolution to use?

The design of the system is based on 1024 x 768. At this resolution you will see the entire screen.

Can I integrate with my accounting package?

Yes, Function Point Productivity Software allows you to easily integrate your invoices with most of the popular accounting systems.

What is a Docket?

In many professions the term docket is understood as the job to be accomplished.

A dictionary definition includes:
1) A summary or other brief statement of the contents of a document; an abstract.
2) A list of things to be done; an agenda.

Lets consider 'dockets' to be the same as 'jobs'.

In Function Point a docket (job) ties the project management components (timesheets, expenses, couriers, estimates, etc.) to the customer relationship module and provides an item from which we can create notes, invoices, etc.

How can I use Tasks?

A task is a 'To Do' item.
In Function Point you can define and filter tasks. Each task can be directly related to a docket or its component services. They can be assigned to staff with estimated hours and be used to automate the time sheet creation process.

Tasks can also be filtered by type. A list of tasks for internal versus external activities can be viewed. For example; supplier tasks, prospecting tasks, internal production tasks, etc.

Tasks and to do's are completely customizable in Function Point.

Can I change the Pop Up lists?

Absolutely!
The pop up lists in the system are fully customizable. From the administrative menu the user can adjust and change the values in lists to suit. Very easy!

Can user access be restricted?
