Just a quick note to say this month marks our one-year anniversary (already!) online with Function Point, and I just opened our 832nd job in the system. As you may recall, I lobbied long and hard here to get FP considered after being overwhelming impressed by the demo session. The wait was worth it -- after a year's daily use, I can honestly say your product has far exceeded those expectations. What's more, the follow-up to our questions, concerns and suggestions from you, Dennis and everyone else we have come in contact with surpass even the most unrealistic expectations of what a perfect customer-service model should be. Please share this with your staff and all take a moment to pat yourselves on the back. You should be justifiably proud of your product and everything you do for your customers.
