Position: Training and Support Specialist
As a key position within the company, the Training and Support Specialist is responsible for end-to-end client training, satisfaction and retention.
Reporting to the VP – Business Operations, the incumbent will ensure that new and existing clients receive the attention they require to maximize their ROI with Function Point. Our goal is to ensure that our clients view us as partners in their business and become advocates of Function Point as both a product and company.
Responsibilities
• System deployment and implementation
• Training new and existing clients
• Client workflow consulting
• Creation of training and support documentation
• Troubleshooting with clients
• Assisting with workflow process and product improvement
Skills
The candidate we are seeking for this exciting challenge is ambitious, dedicated, and enjoys working with others.
• Recent University or College graduate with 1-3 years experience.
• Experience delivering online and/or face-to-face training.
• Ability to identify, communicate and solve potential business issues or challenges
• Demonstration of outstanding research, analytical and written communication skills.
• A passion for working with new technology.
• Advertising agency experience will be an asset.
• Technical and programming experience will be an asset.
